GnG Vacation System
Streamlining Property Operations at Scale
A dual-platform ecosystem designed to synchronize internal property management with external landlord operations, reducing friction and maximizing occupancy.
MY ROLE
-
Product Strategy: Synchronized workflows for internal teams and external stakeholders.
-
UX Design: High-density desktop dashboards paired with mobile-first execution.
-
System Thinking: Role-based architecture for data security and operational clarity.

The Problem
Property management involves high-volume, time-sensitive tasks. Previously, GnG relied on fragmented communication between staff and landlords, leading to delayed cleaning, missed service requests, and a lack of real-time visibility for property owners.
The Goal
To build two interconnected systems, an Internal Staff Platform for operational execution and a Landlord Management Portal for investment oversight, creating a single source of truth for property performance.
Success Metrics
Based on real-world testing with 5 internal staff members and 3 landlords.
OPERATIONAL SPEED
40% Faster Task Execution
By centralizing tasks in the High-Priority Command Center, staff saved 40% of their time previously spent on manual logs.
SELF-SERVICE EFFICIENCY
60% Less Manual Follow-up
Real-time tracking allowed landlords to monitor property independently, reducing support calls by 60%.
DECISION CONFIDENCE
100% Data Transparency
Integrated Market Intelligence and Property Timelines provide a single source of truth for all investment oversight.
